Colonel Sebastian Moran
Colonel Sebastian Moran was a dangerous man. He was Sherlock Holmes's enemy and the second most dangerous man in London, after Professor Moriarty. Moran was a skilled marksman and a master of disguise. He was also a ruthless killer, who would stop at nothing to achieve his goals.
One of Moran's most famous exploits was the attempt to assassinate Holmes in the 1903 short story "The Adventure of the Empty House." Moran lured Holmes to a house in London, where he was ambushed by a group of armed men. Holmes managed to escape, but Moran was able to escape as well.
Moran continued to plot against Holmes, but he was never able to defeat him. In the end, Moran was killed by Holmes's brother, Mycroft, in the 1927 short story "The Adventure of the Three Garridebs."
Moran was a complex and fascinating character. He was a brilliant strategist and a deadly assassin, but he was also a man of honor and loyalty. He was a true villain, but he was also a man who could be admired for his skills and his dedication to his cause.
